Here is where you will find information on updates, and information that we feel is important for our members for the current months. 

Donuts with Santa & 2nd Annual Tree Lighting

Please join the events committee in a fun day planned ahead. Saturday December 6, 2025, from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. Santa & Mrs. Claus will be coming to the Lake Seneca Lodge. Cookie and ornament decorating will take place and even a chance to meet with Santa himself. 
Then at 6p.m. the 2nd annual tree lighting will take place at the main entrance off of 576. Kids are asked to bring the ornaments that they decorated earlier in the day to put on the tree. Hot Chocolate, cookies, and coffee will be provided, so dress warm and bring your Christmas spirit to enjoy this fun filled day!

Office Hours for Thanksgiving 

Thanksgiving Office Hours Announcement LSPOA OFFICE HOURS We would like to inform you about the LSPOA office hours for the week of Thanksgiving. Please note that the office will be closed on November 27th and 28th. We hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration with family and friends. 

 

1st Annual Lake Seneca Craft/Vendor Show

Please join us Saturday November 14th from 10A.M.-4P.M at the Lake Seneca Lodge (233 Seneca Drive) for the 1st Annual Craft/Vendor Show. The events committee will be hosting this event with over 25 local vendors including but not limited to: candles, wreaths, cupcakes, keychains, food, dog treats, cups, Norwex, handmade crafts, manicures, art, jewelry, and much more! As we approach next month, the Event Committee is gearing up to offer an exciting event that will make your experience here at Lake Seneca even more memorable. This Craft Show is designed to cater to all interests and age groups. Whether you're a dog lover, on the hunt for unique items, or simply looking to relax and unwind while enjoying a sweet treat, this Craft Show has something in store for you. Mark your calendar for this event, you'll have ample opportunities to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones here at Lake Seneca.

Aqua Ohio Information

Aqua Ohio is wanting to increase the price for our water bill by 54.5%. Below is the news article explaining the price increase that aqua is trying to get, a letter to print off and send to Aqua stating that we do not want the price increase, and also the information on how to file a complaint.
